Effective Date: 19 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClientHunter Pro ("ClientHunter Pro", "we", "us" or "our"), including its website, web application, software, search functionality, lead-generation functionality, artificial-intelligence functionality, dashboards, saved Leads, folders, account functionality and related services (collectively, the "Service").
These Terms are intended to apply on an ongoing basis as the Service develops. References to the Service include successor, replacement, enhanced or substantially equivalent functionality introduced by ClientHunter Pro from time to time.
By creating an Account, accessing the Service, commencing a free trial, purchasing or renewing a Subscription, redeeming a Promotional Access Code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. IMPORTANT NOTICE
1.1 Read these Terms carefully
ClientHunter Pro is an AI-assisted lead-generation and research service. It is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, broker, marketplace, professional adviser or guarantor of any commercial opportunity.
The Service may identify information from publicly accessible websites using third-party artificial-intelligence and web-search technology.

- the person is willing to be contacted;

You are responsible for independently verifying information and deciding whether and how to contact or engage with any Lead.
1.2 Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty, remedy, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or any other Applicable Law.
2. DEFINITIONS
ClientHunter Pro is the product and trading name of the Service. The Operator is the individual or legally established entity actually responsible for operating the Service, as identified in the Service's published business information. The use of the ClientHunter Pro name does not itself create a separate legal entity.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
Account means an account established to access the Service.
AI Provider means any third-party artificial-intelligence provider used by ClientHunter Pro from time to time, including OpenAI.
Applicable Law means any applicable law, statute, regulation, legislative instrument, subordinate legislation, binding regulatory requirement, court order or legally enforceable governmental direction applicable to ClientHunter Pro, the Service or your use of the Service.

3. THE CLIENTHUNTER SERVICE
3.1 Core functionality
ClientHunter Pro is a technology service designed principally for freelancers, contractors, sole professionals and other persons seeking potential clients or commercial opportunities.
The Service may allow Users to:
- search for potential hiring clients or opportunities;

- conduct repeated searches; and
- use other functionality introduced from time to time.
3.1A Opportunity Score
The Service may display an automated Opportunity Score using factors such as Skill Match, Recency, Requesting Provider and Contact Method Available. This is an informational ranking aid, not a guarantee of work, authenticity, suitability or commercial success.
3.2 No guarantee of functionality
The exact functionality, interfaces, search sources, AI models, limits and features of the Service may change over time.
A feature may be:
- added;
- removed;
- replaced;
- modified;
- restricted;
- suspended;
- made available only to particular plans; or
- discontinued.
ClientHunter Pro will comply with Applicable Law concerning material changes to paid services.
4. CLIENTHUNTER IS NOT A RECRUITMENT OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
ClientHunter Pro is a technology platform.
ClientHunter Pro is not:
- an employment agency;
- a recruitment agency;
- an employer;
- a labour-hire provider;
- a talent agent;
- a broker;
- a marketplace intermediary;
- a contracting party between you and a Lead;
- a representative of a Lead;
- a representative of a Third-Party Platform;
- a professional adviser;
- a lawyer;
- an accountant;
- a financial adviser;
- a safety adviser; or
- a guarantor of any transaction or commercial outcome.
ClientHunter Pro does not negotiate or enter into contracts on your behalf.
Any agreement, engagement, employment relationship, payment arrangement or other transaction between you and a Lead is solely between the relevant parties.
5. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
5.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Account unless ClientHunter Pro expressly permits otherwise and Applicable Law permits such use.
5.2 Authority
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, partnership, business, trust or other organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
The entity is responsible for the conduct of persons using the Service through its Account.
5.3 Accurate information
You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.
You must promptly update information that becomes materially inaccurate.
6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
6.1 Account
Some Service functionality requires an Account.
You must not create an Account using false identity information or for an unlawful purpose.
6.2 Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your authentication credentials.
You must not:
- share your credentials except where ClientHunter Pro expressly permits account sharing;
- sell or transfer your Account;
- permit unauthorised persons to use your Account;
- circumvent authentication controls; or
- allow an Account to be used to evade usage limits.
6.3 Compromised accounts
You must notify ClientHunter Pro promptly if you suspect:
- unauthorised access;
- credential compromise;
- fraudulent use;
- account takeover; or
- another security incident involving your Account.
7. FREE TRIAL
7.1 Five-day trial
ClientHunter Pro may offer eligible Users a 5-day free trial.
The availability and precise terms of a free trial may vary.
ClientHunter Pro may restrict a trial where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate trials or circumvention of Service limits.
7.2 One trial
Unless expressly authorised otherwise, a User is entitled to only one trial for the relevant Service offering.
Creating multiple Accounts or using other means to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
7.3 Trial conversion
Where the checkout process expressly states that a trial automatically converts into a paid Subscription, the Subscription will commence at the end of the trial unless cancelled in accordance with the disclosed cancellation process.
The applicable Subscription price and billing frequency will be the price and frequency presented to and accepted by the User at checkout.
7.4 Cancellation during trial
Where the User is entitled to cancel before the trial ends to avoid conversion, cancellation must be completed using the cancellation mechanism made available by ClientHunter Pro or the relevant payment provider.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory right.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS
8.1 Monthly Subscription
ClientHunter Pro intends to offer a monthly Subscription at approximately AUD $20 per month.
The legally operative price is the price expressly displayed and accepted by the User at checkout.
The price may differ because of:
- promotional offers;
- partner arrangements;
- Promotional Access Codes;
- taxes;
- pricing experiments;
- different plans;
- geographic considerations; or
- other disclosed commercial arrangements.
8.2 Automatic renewal
Unless cancelled, a monthly Subscription will ordinarily renew automatically for successive monthly billing periods.
By subscribing, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with the Subscription for each renewal.
8.3 Renewal price changes
ClientHunter Pro may change Subscription pricing prospectively.
Where Applicable Law requires advance notice, consent or another process, ClientHunter Pro will comply with that requirement.
A price change will not retrospectively alter charges already validly incurred.
8.4 Taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars.
Applicable taxes, including GST where required by law, will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and the pricing information presented at checkout.
8.5 Payment processor
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases (for downloads via the Apple App Store), Stripe, or another payment processor used by ClientHunter Pro from time to time. Your use of such third-party billing services is subject to the respective terms and privacy frameworks of those platform providers. ClientHunter Pro does not directly store complete payment-card details.
8.6 Failed payment
If a payment fails, ClientHunter Pro may:
- retry the transaction;
- request another payment method;
- restrict paid functionality;
- suspend the Account;
- cancel the Subscription; or
- take other lawful steps to recover an amount properly owing.
ClientHunter Pro will not intentionally charge amounts that have not been authorised or are not otherwise lawfully payable.
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
9.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription using the cancellation mechanism made available by ClientHunter Pro or its payment provider.
Unless Applicable Law requires otherwise, cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than retrospectively cancelling the current billing period.
9.2 Refunds
Except where required by Applicable Law or expressly agreed by ClientHunter Pro, cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for a billing period that has already commenced.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.3 Statutory rights
Nothing in this section limits rights under the ACL or other Applicable Law concerning defective services, failures of consumer guarantees, misleading conduct or other statutory rights.
10. PROMOTIONAL, PARTNER AND LIFETIME ACCESS
10.1 Promotional Access Codes
ClientHunter Pro may issue Promotional Access Codes.
A code may provide:
- free access;
- discounted access;
- partner access;
- extended access;
- lifetime access; or
- another disclosed entitlement.
10.2 Restrictions
Unless expressly authorised:
- codes are personal or limited to the intended recipient;
- codes may not be sold;
- codes may not be commercially redistributed;
- codes may not be used to create multiple entitlements;
- codes may not be combined contrary to disclosed terms; and
- codes may not be used fraudulently.
10.3 Lifetime access
Where ClientHunter Pro expressly grants "lifetime access", that means access for the operational lifetime of the applicable ClientHunter Pro Service or product offering.
It does not mean that ClientHunter Pro guarantees the Service will operate forever.
ClientHunter Pro will not deliberately terminate a valid lifetime entitlement merely to avoid the benefit of the grant, except where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- material breach;
- legal requirements;
- security threats;
- discontinuation of the relevant Service;
- circumstances beyond ClientHunter Pro's reasonable control; or
- a fundamental technological or commercial change making continued operation of the relevant offering impracticable.
Nothing in this clause limits mandatory statutory rights.
11. SEARCH LIMITS AND FAIR USE
11.1 Limits
ClientHunter Pro may impose reasonable technical and commercial limits, including:
- daily search limits;
- monthly search limits;
- short-duration burst limits;
- concurrent-request limits;
- API rate limits;
- storage limits;
- result limits;
- Account limits; and
- other abuse-prevention restrictions.
Limits may differ by plan or entitlement.
11.2 Purpose
Limits are necessary to:
- prevent abuse;
- protect infrastructure;
- manage third-party AI costs;
- manage search-provider costs;
- maintain availability;
- prevent excessive automated usage;
- maintain equitable access; and
- protect Users.
11.3 Circumvention prohibited
You must not attempt to bypass, defeat or circumvent usage limits by:
- creating multiple Accounts;
- rotating credentials;
- manipulating identifiers;
- sharing Accounts;
- using proxies or other technical mechanisms for the purpose of evasion;
- automating requests;
- reverse engineering API calls;
- exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
- manipulating client-side controls;
- scraping ClientHunter Pro;
- interfering with rate limiting; or
- otherwise circumventing technical or contractual controls.
12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not use the Service:
- unlawfully;
- fraudulently;
- deceptively;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;

- to send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications;
- to infringe intellectual property rights;
- to violate Applicable Law;
- to violate a Third-Party Platform's terms;
- to circumvent access controls;
- to reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law;
- to introduce malicious code;
- to attack or compromise the Service;
- to conduct unauthorised vulnerability testing;
- to scrape or systematically extract ClientHunter Pro Content;
- to build a competing automated service using ClientHunter Pro;
- to resell the Service without permission;
- to abuse Promotional Access Codes;
- to use another person's Account without authorisation;
- to interfere with another User's use of the Service;
- to use Leads for an unlawful purpose;
- to make unlawful decisions concerning another person;
- to circumvent a Third-Party Platform's access or usage restrictions; or
- to assist another person to do any of the above.
13. THIRD-PARTY SEARCH AND WEB INFORMATION
13.1 Search architecture
ClientHunter Pro does not represent that it operates its own independent scraping network or custom crawler infrastructure for the purpose of collecting the Leads displayed through the Service.
The Service may instead use third-party AI and web-search functionality, including OpenAI's Responses API and associated web-search functionality, to identify potentially relevant publicly accessible information.
13.2 Potential sources
The Service may identify information appearing on or associated with platforms including:
- Airtasker;
- Gumtree;
- Hipages;
- ServiceSeeking;
- Bark;
- Facebook;
- Seek;
- Indeed;
- Jora;
- CareerOne;
- JobStreet;
- SimplyHired;
- Adzuna;
- Glassdoor;
- LinkedIn;
- Upwork;
- Freelancer;

- PeoplePerHour;
- Fiverr; and
- Reddit.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
ClientHunter Pro may add, remove or replace search sources.
13.3 No affiliation
Unless expressly stated, ClientHunter Pro is not:
- affiliated with;
- endorsed by;
- sponsored by;
- authorised by; or
- operated by
any Third-Party Platform.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS
14.1 User responsibility
You remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies and rules of any Third-Party Platform that you access or use.
14.2 No intentional violation
You must not use ClientHunter Pro in a manner intended to circumvent or intentionally violate the Terms of Service, usage restrictions, access restrictions or other contractual restrictions of a Third-Party Platform.
This includes, without limitation, platforms such as:
- LinkedIn;
- Seek;
- Upwork;
- Facebook;
- Airtasker;
- Fiverr;
- Freelancer;
- Gumtree; and
- other third-party services.
14.3 Public availability is not permission
The fact that information can be found publicly on the internet does not necessarily mean that a Third-Party Platform grants a User permission to:
- scrape it;
- reproduce it;
- republish it;
- commercially exploit it;
- contact a person through a particular channel; or
- circumvent the platform's technical controls.
ClientHunter Pro does not grant any such permission.
15. AI TECHNOLOGY
15.1 Third-party generative AI
ClientHunter Pro relies on third-party generative artificial-intelligence systems, including OpenAI technologies, to perform some search, retrieval, interpretation, summarisation, classification and ranking functions.
The specific AI model, version, endpoint, tool, search technology or provider may change over time.
15.2 AI limitations
AI systems can:
- hallucinate;
- misunderstand instructions;
- misread context;
- combine unrelated information;
- omit relevant information;
- duplicate information;
- attribute information incorrectly;
- generate incorrect URLs or contact details;
- produce stale information;
- mis-rank information;
- fail to find available information; or
- produce output that appears authoritative but is incorrect.
15.3 No verification guarantee
Except where expressly stated otherwise, ClientHunter Pro does not manually verify every Lead.
ClientHunter Pro does not warrant that Lead Data is:
- accurate;
- complete;
- current;
- legitimate;
- genuine;
- safe;
- authorised;
- lawful;
- available;
- suitable;
- unique;
- non-duplicative;
- still active; or
- accurately represented by the AI system.
15.4 As-is Lead information
Leads and AI-generated Lead information are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
The User must independently verify any material information before relying upon it.
15.5 Commercial risk
You accept responsibility for decisions made using Leads.
This includes decisions to:
- contact a person;
- visit a location;
- provide a quote;
- enter into a contract;
- provide services;

- make a payment;
- accept a payment;
- hire or employ someone;

16.1 No fraud guarantee
ClientHunter Pro does not guarantee that Leads are genuine or free from fraud, scams, impersonation or malicious activity.
16.2 Due diligence
Before entering into any commercial arrangement, you should independently verify:
- the identity of the other party;
- the party's authority;
- the legitimacy of the opportunity;
- the work location;
- payment arrangements;
- contractual terms;
- contact information;
- business details;
- any requested payment;
- any request for sensitive information; and
- any other material facts.
16.3 Personal safety
Where an engagement involves meeting a Lead, attending a property, travelling, driving, providing care, entering a private premises or undertaking physical work, you are responsible for undertaking appropriate safety and risk assessments.
ClientHunter Pro is not a personal-safety verification service.
17. OUTREACH AND COMMUNICATIONS
You are solely responsible for communications you send to Leads.
You must ensure that communications comply with Applicable Law, including where applicable:
- the Spam Act 2003 (Cth);
- privacy legislation;
- consumer protection law;
- telemarketing requirements;
- anti-harassment laws;
- intellectual property law; and
- the terms of the originating Third-Party Platform.
ClientHunter Pro does not authorise spam, harassment, unlawful marketing or unlawful use of personal information merely by providing Lead Data.
18. SHARED SEARCH CACHE
18.1 Purpose
ClientHunter Pro may use a shared caching system to improve:
- search speed;
- availability;
- system efficiency;
- infrastructure performance; and
- cost efficiency.
18.2 Maximum period
Substantially similar or identical AI-generated search results may be cached for up to 24 hours.
18.3 Reuse
A cached search result may be served to another User where that User conducts an identical or sufficiently similar search.
Cached information may include public Lead Data such as:

- descriptions;
- locations;

- other private User Content.
18.5 Architecture and implementation
ClientHunter Pro may modify the caching architecture as necessary to improve security, privacy, cost or performance, provided that such modifications remain consistent with Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.
19. USER CONTENT
19.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you own it.
19.2 Licence
You grant ClientHunter Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify as technically necessary, back up and otherwise use User Content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain the Service;
- secure the Service;
- prevent abuse;
- troubleshoot;
- perform backups;
- comply with Applicable Law;
- enforce these Terms; and
- perform functions expressly requested by you.
19.3 Your responsibility
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions reasonably necessary to submit User Content to ClientHunter Pro and permit ClientHunter Pro to process it as contemplated by these Terms.
You must not submit information that you are legally prohibited from providing.
19.4 Sensitive information
You should not submit sensitive information unless reasonably necessary and lawful.
20. CONFIDENTIALITY
20.1 Client information
If you provide non-public confidential information to ClientHunter Pro in connection with support, account administration or the Service, ClientHunter Pro will use reasonable measures to protect that information from unauthorised disclosure, subject to:
- its Privacy Policy;
- service-provider processing;
- legal obligations;
- security requirements;
- disclosures reasonably necessary to operate the Service; and
- information that is already public or independently obtained.
20.2 User responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether information should be entered into a third-party-powered Service.
You should not submit highly confidential information unless doing so is necessary and you have considered the applicable third-party processing arrangements.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
21.1 ClientHunter Pro ownership
ClientHunter Pro and its licensors own or control all rights, title and interest in ClientHunter Pro Content and the Service, including intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms prevents conduct that Applicable Law expressly permits notwithstanding a contractual restriction.

ClientHunter Pro does not represent that AI output is:
- original;
- exclusive;
- copyrightable;
- non-infringing;
- suitable for commercial reuse;
- free from third-party rights;
- free from confidential information; or
- suitable for publication.
Third-Party Content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of Third-Party Content or AI-generated output is lawful.
23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may depend upon third-party providers, including:
- OpenAI;
- Supabase;
- Stripe;

25. BETA, EXPERIMENTAL AND FUTURE FEATURES
ClientHunter Pro may introduce features described as:
- beta;
- experimental;
- preview;
- early access;
- test;
- research;
- limited release; or
- otherwise developmental.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, experimental functionality is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this clause excludes mandatory statutory rights.
26. DATA AND PRIVACY
ClientHunter Pro's handling of personal information is governed by the ClientHunter Pro Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other things:
- collection;
- use;
- disclosure;
- AI processing;
- public web information;
- automated processing;
- Opportunity Scoring;
- shared caching;
- Supabase infrastructure;
- OpenAI processing;
- Stripe processing;
- overseas processing;
- security;
- retention;
- access;
- correction; and
- privacy complaints.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms for the purposes of describing ClientHunter Pro's handling of personal information.
27. SECURITY
ClientHunter Pro will maintain reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature and circumstances of the Service.
However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services, including:
- unauthorised access;

- other cyber threats.
You must take reasonable steps to protect your own devices, credentials and information.

You are responsible for:
- your internet connection;
- your devices;

- browser security;
- malware protection;
- credential security; and
- maintaining appropriate backups of information you require.
ClientHunter Pro is not responsible for loss caused solely by insecure devices, compromised credentials or circumstances within your reasonable control.
29. SUSPENSION
ClientHunter Pro may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the Service;
- protect Users;
- prevent fraud;
- prevent abuse;
- respond to security threats;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- enforce usage limits;
- address non-payment;
- comply with law; or
- investigate a material breach.
Where reasonably practicable, ClientHunter Pro will consider the nature and severity of the relevant issue before imposing restrictions.
Nothing in this clause limits ClientHunter Pro's ability to take immediate action where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
30. TERMINATION
30.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your Account at any time through the Profile section or by contacting support. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes as explained in section 31.
Termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
30.2 Termination by ClientHunter Pro
ClientHunter Pro may terminate an Account or discontinue the Service where reasonably necessary because of:
- material breach;
- unlawful conduct;
- fraud;
- abuse;
- security threats;

- attack infrastructure;
- circumvent authentication;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- automate prohibited access;
- resell unauthorised access;

Where termination results from the User's material breach, fraud or abuse, ClientHunter Pro is not required to provide a refund for unused Subscription time to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
30.4 Service discontinuation
ClientHunter Pro may discontinue the Service or a material component of it.
Where ClientHunter Pro permanently discontinues a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period and Applicable Law or the applicable commercial arrangement requires a refund or other remedy, ClientHunter Pro will provide that remedy.
31. ACCOUNT DELETION AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may request deletion of your Account through the Profile section of the ClientHunter Pro application or by contacting support. Account deletion is separate from cancelling a Subscription and does not necessarily stop billing through Apple, Stripe or another payment provider. You must cancel any active Subscription through the applicable subscription-management or payment-provider process to stop future renewals. For Apple App Store subscriptions, use Apple's subscription management settings. Account deletion and cancellation do not automatically create a retrospective refund entitlement, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other Applicable Law.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
The fact that ClientHunter Pro identifies or ranks a Lead does not constitute a recommendation to pursue that Lead.
34. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty, condition, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the ACL or any other Applicable Law.
Where the ACL applies to a User, the User has the benefit of the consumer guarantees and other rights provided by the ACL.
ClientHunter Pro does not seek to contract out of those rights.
To the extent permitted by section 64A of the ACL or any successor provision, and only where the statutory conditions for such limitation are satisfied, ClientHunter Pro may limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in the manner permitted by law.
If a limitation contained in these Terms is not legally effective for a particular User, transaction, service or circumstance, that limitation will not apply to the extent of its invalidity.

- exclude, restrict or modify a non-excludable statutory right;
- exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted;
- defeat an applicable consumer guarantee;
- contravene the ACL;
- contravene another mandatory law; or
- prevent a statutory remedy that cannot legally be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify ClientHunter Pro and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising directly from:

- your misuse of personal information;
- your unlawful communications with Leads;

- your use of the Service in breach of Applicable Law.
The indemnity does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by ClientHunter Pro's own negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of a non-excludable legal obligation.
Nothing in this indemnity requires you to indemnify ClientHunter Pro for a liability that Applicable Law prohibits ClientHunter Pro from passing on to you.
37. CLAIMS INVOLVING THIRD PARTIES
If a dispute concerns a Third-Party Platform, Lead or other third party, ClientHunter Pro may provide reasonable information necessary to identify the relevant source or service, subject to privacy, confidentiality, security and legal restrictions.

- changes in third-party providers;
- security requirements;
- commercial changes; or
- other legitimate business requirements.
For material changes affecting existing Users, ClientHunter Pro will use reasonable means to provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Where Applicable Law requires express acceptance of a change, ClientHunter Pro will obtain that acceptance.
If you continue using the Service after the effective date of an updated version, the updated Terms will apply to future use to the extent legally enforceable.
41. UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to create a term that is unfair under any Applicable Law.
Each limitation, exclusion, suspension right, indemnity and unilateral right contained in these Terms is intended to operate only to the extent reasonably necessary to protect ClientHunter Pro's legitimate interests and only to the extent permitted by law.
If a court or regulator determines that a provision is unfair, void or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in either document limits a User's statutory privacy rights.

- other reasonable electronic means.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address associated with your Account.

45. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
45.1 Initial resolution
Before commencing court proceedings concerning a dispute arising under these Terms, the parties should, where reasonably practicable, attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through ClientHunter Pro's complaint/support process.

45.3 Statutory rights
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right or making a complaint to a regulator.
46. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Subject to any mandatory law conferring jurisdiction elsewhere, the parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

- fiduciary relationship;
- franchise;
- agency; or
- representative relationship
between ClientHunter Pro and a User.
Neither party may represent that such a relationship exists.

The User acknowledges that ClientHunter Pro's Service descriptions are intended to describe the general nature of the Service and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular number, quality, type or commercial value of Leads will be generated unless expressly stated as a contractual commitment.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for misleading or deceptive conduct or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

55. NO GUARANTEE OF EXCLUSIVITY
A Lead may be:
